In researching the aspect of joint venture agreements in India, the researcher focused entirely on the contractual aspect of joint ventures. Since the scope of joint venture agreements is very broad and it is not possible to examine all legal aspects such as company law, competition law, intellectual property rights, etc., the researcher must confine himself to the contractual aspect of joint ventures. This Agreement may not be modified, supplemented or modified otherwise than by a written agreement executed by the duly authorized representatives of the Members. Such a modification is effective insofar as it is not an ultravirus of the contract with the customer.
